“We are creating a new housing solution targeting a higher proportion of owner-occupiers and Ghanaian professionals. No other development in Accra can offer you waterfront city living at prices that we believe are extremely competitive.”

The developer believes this landmark development caters more to the budget of the aspiring Ghanaian home owner and savvy investors. According to the property website, Lamudi, East Legon is an area in high demand - 21 percent of online searches for property are for East Legon.

4th June 2016, Launch Event

.

The evening sunset and the little known East Legon lake, known locally as Tesa Lake or Pele’s Pool, were the backdrop for the launch of the new @Riviera Residence, by Lifestyle Property Development (LPD).

We are creating a new housing solution targeting a higher proportion of owner-occupiers and Ghanaian professionals. No other development in Accra can offer you waterfront city living at prices that we believe are extremely competitive.

The occasion was organised by Event Hotline, together with catering by Santoku, Coco Lounge and Vida E Caffé. The new scheme is the product of the team behind upmarket projects including Beaufort Ridge and the fit-out of offices in One Airport Square. The mixed-use project will encompass an all-inclusive city living lifestyle in prime East Legon and includes two restaurants overlooking Kwame Nkrumah’s man-made lake, covered parking and an infinity pool with views of the water and pizza. The developer is also currently in discussions to bring strong food brands and other operators to the site.

The innovative and unique waterfront residential development is targeting aspirational young professionals and Diaspora Ghanaians. “We are offering a once in a life time real estate opportunity that we believe will be transformational,” says Ernest Hanson, Director of LPD.
